ORIMOT Part I

ORIMOT( Orientation and Motivation Training) is the firts training for new members. It becomes the part of Induction Proccess that new members should follow in order to be Full Member. In this trainig we have External Speaker Session. This time we invite Mr. Edi Haryanto as our" Pembina". He is also our alumni. He was the 3rd LCP of AIESEC UNAND.
Vice President Talent Management in explaining the training Process as a part of induction procrss overall.
Before starting the session, we set up the "Rules and Expectatin" These are the rules that all AIESECers who join training should obey.

ORIMOT Part II

"Fun time...."
Our trainee Ajit and Priya also come to share their experience to all new members.

Roll dance always become the most favourite one in refreshing mind and soul.. Eventough they were still shy, but we believe that all new member really want to dance and they would be addicted..
Priya show Indian dance and she tough us how great and spirit of Indian dance. She drive all people crazy in dancing...
Pair game,, it purposed to make all of them closer and happy after all heavy session.

ORIMOT Part III

"Mentorship Session"
The new members were divided into some groups, and each group will have one mentor called as "Good Brother Or Good Sister". This mentor ship become a continue Program every year. The mentor responsible to approach new member to take ny responsibility and to keep their spirit full.
Valeni Surayaningsih( the girl with pink veil) together with her mentee ready to rock AIESEC UNAND for next years....
A mentor not only motivate the new members, but at the same time also to keep the emotional relation between new member and all AIESEC entities to be run well.
So serious in paying attention to all session. Once again in AIESEC UNAND, The new future leader born. And hopefully, they will be the trully leader for the next AIESEC Indonesia...

ORIMOT Part IV

Time for Party.....
With theme " Accross Gender", all the new members showed the craziest things in them. They were devided into some groups and each groups show a roll play..
These are the 2nd years members, they danced beautifully. Look ate their style...!! So crazy.. and fully spirit..
All the new members were changed...You will not find the cute boy or beuatifull girl. but impressly, you got the rocking pretty boy and the "over active" handsome girl...Mmmh..so amazing...
These are the 3rd years members, with the theme " Evil Weeding". So scary....do not look too long...or the real one comes to you...
This is the Vice President of Incoming Exchange. DON'T WORRY!!! He will not match the ghost...
