hi..blog-ua... dring this month (February), we have ceeder from china, robinson..lenggo (RT), robin, jimmy (RT)

During robinson in padang as ceeder, he gave contribute to be facilitator in Local Development Conference, help is in marketting process and did something to support our exchange.
he lived in raisa's house, thanks for raisa and family from february 3rd-22nd...
and we would like thank you so much to robin, to became ceeder for UA, and for your contribution.

we hope that, we get more ceeder and give and help UA in every department, and ceeder it self, get the experience.

Someones talked that "the good leaders are the leader that produce the others leader", but i think that is not too good statement, how we change it "the good leaders are leader that be able to produce the others leader and can give the good legacy"

How do you feel?

I would like to post a lot of things in our beloved blog. It will be start with Update Natcon 3. NAtcon 3 was the last conference in period 2007/2008 that held by LC UB in Malang. This conference divided in 2 parts:

1. Pre meeting at January 22th-23^rd, 2008 in villa risky malang

è The purpose of this pre meeting is legislation for the new compendium.

2. National Conference 3 at January 24^th-27^th, 2008 in P-WEC malang

è in this conference we discuss about:

- AIESEC History

- Review current condition

- Discuss about AIESEC Indonesia structure

- WCP dan BCP

- Reward

- MCVP election

- Developing Leaders Day

- Sharing sharing

- etc

NATCON 3

(22-23 January 2008)Pre meeting di Villa Rizky Batu Malang. Melegislasikan Compendium. 48 Halaman. dan alhamdulillah kita udah punya compendium yang bisa di implementasikan tahun ini.
perubahan compendium nya yang paling besar adalah disisi talent management nya.

Orang bodoh sulit dapat kerja, akhirnya dibisnis. Agar bisnisnya berhasil, tentu dia harus rekrut orang Pintar. Walhasil Bosnya orang pintar adalah orang bodoh.

Orang bodoh sering melakukan kesalahan, maka dia rekrut orang pintar yang tidak pernah salah untuk memperbaiki yang salah. Walhasil orang bodoh memerintahkan orang pintar untuk
keperluan orang bodoh.

Orang pintar belajar untuk mendapatkan ijazah untuk selanjutnya mendapatkan kerja. Orang bodoh berpikir secepatnya mendapatkan uang untuk membayari proposal yang diajukan orang pintar.

Orang bodoh tidak bisa membuat teks pidato, maka disuruh orang pintar untuk membuatnya.

Orang Bodoh kayaknya susah untuk lulus sekolah hukum (SH) oleh karena itu orang bodoh memerintahkan orang pintar untuk membuat undang-undangnya orang bodoh.

Orang bodoh biasanya jago cuap-cuap jual omongan, sementara itu orang pintar percaya. Tapi selanjutnya orang pintar menyesal karena telah mempercayai orang bodoh. Tapi toh saat itu orang bodoh sudah ada diatas.

Orang bodoh berpikir pendek untuk memutuskan sesuatu di dipikirkan panjang-panjang oleh orang pintar, walhasil orang orang pintar menjadi staffnya orang bodoh.

Saat bisnis orang bodoh mengalami kelesuan, dia PHK orang-orang pintar yang berkerja. Tapi orang-orang pintar DEMO, Walhasil orang-orang pintar meratap-ratap" kepada orang bodoh agar tetap diberikan pekerjaan.

Tapi saat bisnis orang bodoh maju, orang pinter akan menghabiskan waktu untuk bekerja keras dengan hati senang, sementara orang bodoh menghabiskan waktu untuk bersenang-senang dengan keluarganya.

Mata orang bodoh selalu mencari apa yang bisa di jadikan duit. Mata orang pintar selalu mencari kolom lowongan perkerjaan.

Bill gate (Microsoft), Dell, Hendri (Ford), Thomas Alfa Edison, Tommy Suharto, Liem Siu Liong (BCA group). Adalah orang-orang Bodoh (tidak pernah dapat S1) yang kaya. Ribuan orang-orang pintar bekerja untuk mereka. Dan puluhan ribu jiwa keluarga orang pintar bergantung pada orang bodoh.
